    We spoke to Alice Marcus Krieg of Groundworks Inc., a local landscaping and design company, about the impact of Hurricane Sandy on the working yard and customers gardens. When the Gowanus Canal flooded, toxic water surged into their office space damaging plants, equipment, and financial records. Alice spoke about trying to navigate the "new language" of state and federal assistance funding.
