Erin Fitzpatrick works as a consultant in the hospitality trade. She has received accreditation from the American Sommelier Association in Viticulture and Vinification and Advanced Blind Tasting. Her company, Esse Consulting produces memorable and innovative events as well as develops hospitality and planning solutions for small restaurants and venues.
Brian DiMarco is a wine entrepreneur and founder of The Barterhouse. Brian has been captivated by fine food and beverage since spending his boyhood summers crafting handmade donuts at his uncle’s bakery in Western Pennsylvania. After an impressive career in the food and beverage business, he decided to start Barterhouse, a premiere luxury wine importer and brokerage boutique… and the rest is history.
