BIO/SHOW DESCRIPTION
Everything’s on the Table: What’s the Recipe for the Future of Food in NYC is a radio series developed by Food Systems Network NYC and Heritage Radio Network. From September 19th – November 7th, stream the show online every Thursday from 2:00-2:45 pm.

Each week we examine the food policies that impact our everyday lives and that hang in the balance as New Yorkers go the polls this fall. We look at what’s happening now and what the next administration can do to support a healthier, fairer, more sustainable City. We distill topics like food initiatives for public health, how to deal with urban food waste, what our local government can do to end hunger in NYC, and more. Using FSNYC’s Recipe for the Future of Food in New York as a framework for discussion, we’ll explore the ingredients needed for a better food system through dialogue with guest experts and FSNYC hosts.
