They would love to walk down the street and cook together on a regular basis, but as if full-time jobs and growing families weren’t enough, Megan lives in Chicago and Tricia in Columbus, Ohio.
No Chefs Allowed started with a Horseradish Root and challenge from Megan to Tricia. ”What can you make with this? I’ll give you a month to work on it.”
The original plan was to pull together a dinner party at the end of the month and serve the creations made with their new ingredients to be judged by their guests. But the judging never really solidified even though the concept did. After 8 months of new ingredients, the sisters realized they were learning an awful lot in the kitchen. And that they could find people to help them learn more.
